Hello SUN!

I am still getting used to this blog thing.  I really have to start updating it more but I am a little busy with my not so passionate work schedule.   It will give you a chance to learn more about me and for me to work on my technique!  I am going to make a goal to try to have a new picture a day, or it might be a week...we will see.

So it is January, winter is halfway over?  Who knows in Michigan, sometimes it snows in May... well HOPEFULLY it will be over soon.  I have had some good luck with my photography so far.  I have done a couple friends shoots and it is the absolute most rewarding thing I have ever done.  Opening a christmas card with a little cutie named Reece with the photos that I took put a huge smile on my face. Doing Adrianne's shoot with her cute little belly and the love of her life was amazing.  Even better.. is them looking at the photos and being so happy, putting them on facebook and having friends and family write that they brought tears to their eyes.  It is crazy how much happiness you can bring from one little photo, and this is why I realllly want to do this.

Spring and summer are beginning to look like busy months for me.  A couple of my best friends are getting married, bachelorette parties, showers, getting my cos license, and working at Village green of course.  BUT, some friends I know are having babies too!  I will be having some newborn shoots coming up and a couple engagement shoots, some here and some in Chicago.  Can we just fast-forward to spring please?  There are so many exciting things coming up and I CANNOT WAIT to be a part of them. Until then, bundle up!!! ;)
