Nathan | 3 Month Photos

Jason had emailed me wanting to do a different location than usual. I was trying to think of somewhere that had great lighting. I thought of my property I work at which has a really nice clubroom with BIG windows.   I hadn't seen Nathan in 2 months and man has he gotten big! I seriously love seeing them get older and developing their personalities.  He was ALL smiles when I saw him, so cute! We had a really good time and I can't wait to see for his next round of photos, hopefully when it's warmer at the ZOO ;)  I hope you like your sneak peek and it was good to see you 3 again!

You can't help but smile when you see this face..

Taste of Vintage Love

I had no idea just how amazing The Whitney would be. When you walk in, it is like a photographer's dream. Every single detail is like eye candy in this old vintage house.   I was so happy when my sister asked me to 2nd shoot this wedding with her. As you probably know, details are one of my favorite things to shoot. Of course I love to capture emotion too, especially when people have no idea I am watching, then it is real. Anyway, this is just the start to my journey of being a wedding photographer.  I have been booking more weddings and couldn't be happier with my clients. It is definitely a great feeling when people appreciate your passion, they have faith that you will capture their big day in a different light, and the reason I love them is, they chose ME. Here is a taste of Willie and Cheryl's wedding, happy Friday!

PS. I can't wait to show you some photos from my shoots this last week of 2 little cuties ;)

Emily + Brian | Winter Wedding

I woke up feeling like it was Christmas morning, I was extremely excited but had major butterflies in my stomach!  This was it, my first wedding where I was in charge, where I could finally make MY ideas come to life. I met Emily a couple months ago and she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, she is also very close to her family...like me! I had the pleasure of meeting Brian a couple weeks later for their engagement shoot. It was probably one of the coldest days of the year but they were troopers!  I can't even describe the way he looks at Emily, he just has this look in his eye and the cutest smile on his face.  Back in the summer on a beautiful beach in California is when Brian asked Emily to be with him forever. And on a freezing (but beautiful) day in January they stood in front of their friends and family and made it official.  Thank you again for taking a chance on me and letting me be a part of your special day. I hope you like your sneak peek and I hope you are having an amazing time on your trip!

You will notice all the pink accents...love them!

Love this picture...she looks like an old movie star ;)

Love Emily's face...so happy :D
